“To be honest, I didn't really enjoy it because they made us fill out a form where we had to write down how we wanted the massage. The form was useless because my husband and I had asked for a gentle massage... and we had to repeat our requests several times. The movements were rough and the pressure was strong. I also asked them to turn down the air conditioning or even turn it off, but they only turned it off at the end. I was cold the whole time. The scrub was also very rough. We've had several massages in Bali and didn't enjoy this one.”
