“They tried to charge me twice. None knew about my reservation. The excursion was done I a rush since people on board had to get a boat back to Bali and the tour started late. we visit 3 spots instead of 4 and all in big rush. I also didn't feel very safe since boats were arriving in high speed in areas where we were allowed to swim. Safety is not a big concern for them.
