“They tried to charge me twice. None knew about my reservation. The excursion was done I a rush since people on board had to get a boat back to Bali and the tour started late. we visit 3 spots instead of 4 and all in big rush. I also didn't feel very safe since boats were arriving in high speed in areas where we were allowed to swim. Safety is not a big concern for them. The stops were done in high rush to conclude the tour. also in the afternoon you get very few change to see different species. The water is very cold, I would suggest a diving…”
